Overall, very poor experience. Staff seem to only want to gossip amongst themselves and look at you like you are something that crawled in from the drain. They don't seem to know what they are doing half the time and are constantly trying to sell you the most expensive postage option and get very rude and aggressive when you ask for the cheapest option.

I received first class service at the post office last week ( I think the lady who served me was called Helen). She checked our passport forms and was so lovely. She even offered me her cardie because I said I was cold!! Thank you for amazing service!

Tried to buy Euros in the Devizes branch. Apparently their computer is broken and they cannot sell Euros. The computer has been broken since January 2023 and they send their customers to a local travel agent. It is amazing that they have been unable exchange one of the most commonly requested foreign currencies for 11 months. Is the Post Office really that incompetent?

Incredible customer service - forgot to sign a legal document, after giving it to the post office to send. Went back an hour later and they sorted through the mail bag to find it for me, witnessed my signature and even resealed it for me. They were very kind and helpful, despite it being totally my mistake due to stress of house move.

Please update your website with correct opening times. The post office section of the store is NOT open until 8pm. Consequently I’ve wasted my time getting here to post a parcel. It’s the 21st century. Why are these things so impossible to get right?
