Had trouble with my parcel but put on hold in Poland,as a label had been torn off so the parcel was in limbo for 6 days or so, staff from DHL UK express sorted the problem with regular updates with calls. I was one day paying out another £149 to Google to send back some earphones which went faulty. Nightmare.
