I cannot stress enough how amazing the service has been from DH Payroll. Connor, in particular, has been so incredibly helpful in helping set everything up. He has gone above and beyond to provide clear, concise information in answer to all of our questions and made the whole process so smooth and easy. I can't speak highly enough of how good the service has been. All our queries were answered almost immediately, and payroll was up and running in no time. Fantastic service.

I don't know what I would do without the wonderful Abby who has helped me throughout, every step of the way. Sometimes she also has to go over the same issue several times with me over many months but has never been judgemental. More stress than worth. Don't seem to understand English. Difficult to communicate with. Doesn't appear to read emails properly. Bombarded with emails requesting information that I have already given in previous emails apparently a automated reply is proof that emails have been read.

As an employee I have been messed around by this company 3 times now with my pay not going into my bank account on the agreed day and having to chase constantly and not receiving any replies to emails chasing my pay. Totally unacceptable when you rely on the money going into your bank account I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone and would give it 0 stars if I could!
