I had the misfortune of dealing with this company after I was referred by my insurance company for an emergency repair to a blocked sink and waste pipe
First day, they didnt turn up (first half day off work), apparently the van had broken down.
Second day a pleasant man arrived and pumped the water out of the sink then left. I turned the tap on and the sink filled with water and didnt drain. He has just eptied the sink. I called their offices immediately and I was told a plumber would be round the next day to replace the pipe work. The call operator advised that he had ordered the parts in and would call me later that day to confirm the time (second half day off work)
Third day I phoned in the morning having recieved no call the day before as I was assured. I was told that they would not be coming as the insurance company had advised them not to. (My third half day off work having been booked in)
So I started with a blocked sink and waste pipe, I still have a blocked sink adn waste pipe and I have lost three half days off work. I would strongly advise to avoid - their customer care is shocking.
