I was forwarded to DAMS from another Accident management company, much like another user in these reviews. I too was asked to repeat all the information which was already mentioned beforehand. I was subject to extensive waiting times when I explicitly mentioned the severity and urgency of my situation regarding a hire car etc. I was left out of the loop for over 24 hours just to received a petty call the next morning saying they will not accept my claim and could not provide me a reason behind this as they are not authorised. I was appalled by this behaviour and would tell anyone to steer clear of them. There’s many better company’s on hand to use, and we should utilise that rather than waste our time with these jokers

Extremely disappointed and appalled, I was referred to these jokers by the accident management company dealing with my claim. They kept me on the phone for at least 30 minutes taking all my sensitive details and making me repeat a lot of information already shared with the accident management company, only for them to refuse the car hire after initially promising that it will be dealt with promptly so long as I provide all the docs.

The docs were shared to them via WhatsApp and not only did they not resolve the issue promptly as promised, they failed to even keep me updated and followed with a message the following morning to say they won’t be dealing with the car hire due to a conflict interest without even a single
apology.

Your pathetic excuse of there being a conflict of interest should have been established straight away and not at the expense of me wasting a day waiting on you morons- shambolic!

Wish I could leave 0 stars
This company are a fraud all full of thieves leave you with nothing stole the hire car while I was asleep in bed, stuck the garage storage charges on me and the cars is still not repaired stripped to bits
Avoid this scamming company will leave you in big debts, something needs to be done to have them shut down to stop ruining peoples lives!!!
And I bet I will get a response to speak with a paula Levens, about my issue

Wouldn't even give one star thier solicitors bond turner are the worst solicitors i have ever came across was involved in series car crash i got a downgrade vehicle and it was not like for like this company has messed my claim up and i recieved no compensation for my injuries as dams charged over £800 a day for a vehicle the was a downgrade to mine. I did not like the vehicle at all and asked for a Mercedes c or e class and a big company like dams did not have it and was told i will get a call when it did but i never did, now i know why as they couldn't charge 800 a day on thouse vehicle. This company does not care about there clients all they care about is making as much money from your claim and if they can't they will take your personal injury just like they did with me.

There solicitors are the worst you have to ring them at least 3x a week just to speak to someone, each time they will tell you someone will call you back but never do.

They cause you nothing but alarm and distress all through the process and whoever is thinking of using them stay well clear as they don't care about you just care about as much money they can make from your claim and leave you in depression STAY WELL CLEAR ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!

Following an accident that wasn't my fault I contacted these guys and gals to assist me in my claim. What an incredible service they offer. I received a hire car that was fantastic and a solicitor that was more than helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to ring them again if in the unfortunate event I was ever involved in another car accident that wasn't my fault.

It gives me great satisfaction to advise, I had to go to another accident management because Direct Accident Management, it seemed, only handles the obvious and easy cases.

Due to the assistance provided by the new company and subsequent to their assistance, I enjoyed a replacement Volvo XC60 for six weeks; received £5000 write off value for my car; am undergoing physiotherapy and counselling with a first assessed damages award in excess of £5500.

As I'm sure you will agree, it is fortunate for me, there are accident management companies who offer a service, rather than cherry-pick the easy pickings. Oh, and of course, with the indisputable evidence I provided the AM company with - which I had available to provide your company, it became very straight forward proving the Third Party were at fault, even though, purely because the third party also claimed I was at fault, you declined to assist me - big mistake!

As my therapy is planned to assist and oversee my recovery, for the next ten months, I have postponed my final claim until the end of that period, to ensure my claim provides a realistic level of compensation.

I feel it important my review of your company reflects the level of service, you didn't provide.

If i could give 0 stars I would, genuinely meaning as they aren't worthy of such a rating. Firstly, I'd like to warn anyone even considering this company to save your time, money and energy. I've given them several chances yet time after time all they've proven to me is how deceitful and extremely unreliable they are. They propose a "no win no fee" agreement, but later on claim that if the defendant issues a claim against you they hold no responsibility. You're given a hire vehicle which comes with staggering fees, roughly £300 a day. Within 15-20 days they send signed docs to the defendant's insurance then wait after the client's case has been accepted to send a cheque; catch is the car's left with the client for an extra 15 days leading the hire charges to increase. They'll get the defendant's insurance to pay the cheque, subsequently ploughing on insurance to cover fees for the hire vehicle. On average, fees total to around £30k for about 45 days' hire, as a result, defendant's insurance evidently shocked at the price, rejecting payment (fair enough); using Bond Turner, (previously known as Armstrong solicitors), already owned by Direct Accident to take defendant's insurance to court, exploiting their client. This then prolongs the case to about a year whilst Bond Turner constantly bothers the client demanding bank details in a relentless manner, with texts even being sent at 11 at night quite literally giving their clients a literal nightmare. No consideration whatsoever. If your case loses, you're urged to pay with no other choice, doesn't match their proposed "no win, no fee" agreement, false promises built on lies. Lest i mention when Bond Turner deals with the injury claim, the money's taken for good, this is if you don't chase them up, happened numerous times. After all my suffering and chances given, the least I could do is warn others against this company, I'd hate for anyone to go through what I did.

Great service. Had my work van driven into by a lorry! Accident happened at 9am had a replacement hire van by 3pm so I could continue work. They always kept in touch, were up front, direct and helpful along the way. A little more paperwork than just using my insurance company but I meant I didn't have to pay an excess (even up front as it was non fault) and got a good quality hire vehicle for the duration of the claim. I even got to keep the van 10 days after the cheque came through which meant I had time to source a replacement vehicle and didn't have to go without transportation. Would recommend to anyone. Just be mindful there will be more paperwork than using your insurance company but no, excess to pay and no hike in insurance premium either!!
