Alex was my first point of contact at my viewing and now again at my first house inspection. She was extremely friendly, approachable, informative and made me feel really comfortable. I was a bit nervous at the word ‘ inspection’ but she instantly put my mind at rest, did her thing, had a quick chat and left.

Leila was also brilliant in getting me all signed up! Helpful, super friendly, kept in regular contact and just made the whole sign up process and breeze!

Discover are nothing short of exceptional. Ben Fielding came out to see us at the start of us considering the difficult decision to rent out our family home to allow us to co-locate as a family as part of a job move. Ben gave us comprehensive advice and reassured us and we decided to go for it.

The advertising and marketing was fantastic; the great narrative and spectacular photos resulted in loads of applications and secured us a rental rate that was significantly more than we were expecting. Ben was also great in the shortlisting process, again ensuring only the most assured tenants were selected.

The process was really slick - we went from the advert going live online to handing the keys over in a matter of weeks, and the legal/administrative aspects were easy.

Since letting, we have fielded a few maintenance snags, but again Discover's management service has been first class - we simply let them do what they do!

Ben is a true professional and we have wholeheartedly trusted him in what has been a big decision for us as a family. Discover just get on with it, and the whole team are great to work with. The revenue they generate and property management are the most competitive we could find on the market.
