DNA have been a very proactive property management since taking over. They have helped me solve an issue that I have had for many many years that the previous management company did very little for, the manager Cerys is very good at communicating keeping you up to date with relevant information. There has been a better up keep of the grounds of the property. The only issue I have is the new parking policy where a private company patrol the grounds and issue large fines, but even though I personally am not happy with the new system it has been done proactively due to ongoing parking issues, so again it shows that DNA are good at trying to address issues. Very happy so far.

Our block of 18 flats has been managed by Dna Property Management since the beginning of the year. After many years with another agent it has been such a relief to have a professional, competent company to rely on. They deal with all queries immediately. They have resolved all issues promptly and attend to the legal requirements of a block of flats diligently. They are proactive about repairs and building work. Their staff are always polite and helpful. Great to have a company there to rely on after years of battling with our previous agent.

My first experience of Dna Properties was approximately 4 years ago when I bought a flat in St George where they were and still are the managing agents. I have been so impressed with both the professionalism and also the ability of Dna to bring an individual approach to managing differing properties that I have put them forward to tender for managing two other properties where I have flats, one in Lawrence Hill and the other in Horfield. On both occasions they have been successful with their proposals, here smooth handovers have taken place and I have great confidence in their ability to deliver a quality and economical service whether a landlord, tenant or owner/ occupier.

Following experience of less than adequate service from five previous managing agents over 13 years, our block of six flats decided yet again to search for another managing agent. We approached Dna on the recommendation of a friend who had found them very competent. Although we have only been contracted with Dna for a few months there has been significant work done and organised in that time eg. re-contracting buildings insurance and managing our roof refurbishment. We have been extremely impressed with the highly professional service Dna has provided. They are extremely quick to respond to all enquiries and engender a feeling of confidence that any problem will be sorted promptly and efficiently. Already Dna Managing Agents have performed in a way that is head and shoulders above the rest!

I own a flat in Kingswood Bristol and unfortunately DNA "manage" the site. In one year they have risen their service charge twice, these homes are low income households. They will give you the same excuse as every other business right now of rise of inflation etc. but they have stopped answering any of my and my neighbors emails and calls, the window cleaner hasn't turned up in no idea how long and I've only seen the gardener once since my 3 year of residency.

Felix court is looking rough with damage walls, a manual push gate, weeds over grown, CCTV wires dangling aimlessly, abandoned cars in the court yard, among many other issues they have not dealt with.

After Covid they gave the excuse of needing to recuperate loss of earning's, A sorry excuse of bad managing people let alone a business I guess. Answer your emails and calls from residents/tenants/ landlords it's that easy.
