We have just leased 3 photocopiers with DDG. We have to say the service has been second to none! Cameron made the transition from another company really easy so we were never without a copier. The back up from the company is superb. If we've had the odd issue we have called them and we've had a return phone call within minutes. The service engineers are so helpful and patient. (Especially Steve!) And as for follow up to see if everything is OK from Lynne, this has also been reassuring.

We have recently upgraded our machine and are saving money on copies. Support is always available for any issues along with remote support and any problems are mostly fixed same day.
