Terrible service. I arrived at 5:10 PM—20 minutes before closing—with all required documents for a DBS check. I explained the urgency, as I needed it to start a job, and even offered to compensate for any extra time. The staff member was blunt, unhelpful, and refused to process it. I’d already spent three days trying other Norwich branches where systems were down. This was my final chance before a deadline, and I was turned away with 15+ minutes left. Completely inflexible, rude, and unsupportive. Avoid this branch if you need anything done properly or with basic human understanding.

Good staff, parking out front. Even when the High St branch was in One Stop, I preferred to go to Dodds Road.

I find all of the staff at the post office very cheerful, happy and helpful. They do all they can to help people so i think its the customers, not the staff. Standing in the queue I've seen the staff experience a lot of awkward customers. Well done everyone that works at the post office. You do a great job

Very busy and understaffed post office, often with only one attendant during busy times. Can be a very long queue and wait to send a parcel, particularly around lunchtime.

Every time I had to use the post office there's always a queue with only 1 person working and it feels like they work there as a punishment, always seem to be in a mood, don't even dare to ask about anything unless you can handle their horrible attitude.

Dodds Road customer services staff was rude and not helpful at all. I tried dropping my Royal mail prepaid tracked parcel. The staff did not even have a clue that people can buy postages online (These local post office staffs need training and updating ) * Due to the same unprofessional and rude behaviour probably, One-stop post office branch in Attleborough is closed now. The line mangers should look into this.

I had so much to say but would take me hours to describe my experience at this post office. Not happy at all with the service and the staff member that caused all this problems I'm having at the moment with a parcel I sent to Portugal in August 16th.
And not even an apology from Mrs Rosemary for everything she put me through.

Could be a good Post Office. Visited several times and will not be returning due to poor customer service. Waited patiently in line, upon reaching the front of the queue, a member of staff asked local customers to queue jump. Would advise to others to give your business to nearby Wymondham or East Harling branches.
