Overall it's just a really poor franchise. Deem to always make mistakes. Deliver thr wrong pizza. Sometimes forget toppings. Sometimes stone cold sides. Sometimes they even totally forget to actually make your pizza. I'd steer well clear, and find another branch of dominoes.

Went to collect just one pizza. Stood trying to get their attention for over 10 min. Like I was invisible. Staff were stood around chit chatting, giggling, faffing around and no work being done. Staff had me wait a further 5-10 min to give me a pizza that was sat on the side the whole time.

I had a very disappointing experience with Domino Fallowfield. I ordered a pizza with a cheese crust, but it was not delivered and they promised a refund the same day. It's been almost a week, I called again and they said they'd call me back but nothing, I called again and the staff (on duty: 5 Aug 5 to 6pm) was very rude, he said there's nothing he can do and hanged up on me. I felt disrespected and attacked in our conversation. It's unfortunate that such a small mistake can lead to such an unpleasant experience, I felt compelled to share my experience.
I don't think they care but I just wouldn't be ordering from them again, especially looking at all the other reviews....

Absolutely awful customer service, I ordered a pizza and it was made without any sauce, the pizza was undercooked. I went in to speak to a worker called ‘SID’ and he was very rude and walked off when I was speaking to him. He was ignoring me and ended the call on me when I called the store. He had no manners and was acting very rude towards me. He also lied about being the manager of the store and then refused to give me the name of his manager. The store is unhygienic and smelly. I would not order your food from this store. (SID does not work well under pressure) 0/10.

Delicious pizza... but oh my god I don't think I've ever met a team of people who clearly should not be working in customer service. I always order on the app. Arrive when the pizza is ready. Then proceed to stand at the counter staring at my freshly cooked pizza sat there, while every staff member (sometimes 6/7 people) completely ignores me. No eye contact. No 'I'll be with you shortly'. Just doing anything other than handing me my pizza. For sometimes 10 minutes!? Eventually somebody will turn around and look at me with a stare like I'm seriously inconveniencing them. 'What's your name!' They'll say before handing my pizza that is now 10 minutes less freshly cooked. It's crazy really. I thought a colossal brand like dominos would take care in hiring and training of their team? This branch is a clear display of how wrong I was! Is customer service not necessary to work in customer service anymore? It takes less than a second to say 'hello'. It takes two seconds to give me my pizza. I'm paying 20 pounds for a pizza. Cmon guys make a bit more of an effort. The customers are the ones paying your wages?

Sid gave terrible customer service along with the rest of the staff. refusing to accept my discounts and all round bad attitude. nobody in the store had correct english. will not be going back.
