When you live next door to a property under Doorstep Management that is 41 Southernway Plymstock PL98TB and you get rude attitude from their receptionist!. I share a downpipe on my property with one that is under Doorstep Management that is 41 Southernway. Plymstock. I should not have to pay the whole cost of clearing the shared downpipe.
When I mentioned that I require half of the cost incurred from getting the downpipe cleared, I got a surly attitude from their receptionist at Doostep Letting Plymstock.
Terrible communication skills.

I was able to view and sign rent details on the same day and was provided all the details for the property and the requirements from myself. There are no contract renewal fees unlike other letting agencies which is great as well and they are with responsive to contact about issues and questions I've had regarding the property. Good experience and would recommend as a first time renter.

We live next to one of their let properties. We made contact regarding dangerous parking on a blind bend which has restrictive covenants in the property deeds. It seems that Doorsteps would rather see themselves and the property owner in court rather than respond to a neighbour complaint! Hey ho see you all in court!!
