Phoned Ducati Insurance and spoke with Alfie, who was very knowledgeable and made the process a breeze. Managed to trim a bit off my online quote by phoning directly, and knowing the extras which are included as standard gave me peace of mind. Not the first time I've used Ducati Insurance and won't be the last time.

hands down the worst insurance company I've had to deal with. took the initial deposit for the policy, then asked for more information which they then contested the accuracy of. Tried to say that a claim made under a family members name on a whole different policy, vehicle, and insurance broker was actually a claim made by my myself, and then argued with me when I tried to explain that it wasn't me. After that, due to the wording of a particular question being misleading, meant that one detail was incorrect, so they can't offer me insurance anymore and want me to pay an £89 cancellation fee, after having only had the insurance for 4 days. having owned many vehicles over the years I've spoke to my fair share of insurance companies, sorting out various policies, and Ducati Insurance are by far the worst, and have the rudest staff.

Ridiculous prices! Over £3500 to insure an SP2 for a 40+ year old with full ncd and 20 years riding experience!

Even for a standard V4S ducati insurance are quoting over £1700! My current insurer will insure the exact same bike with better cover (breakdown, legal etc) for under £600!

You would think ducati insurance wouldn't be trying to screw over its customers after they have spent a fortune on their products but clearly not.

Well I won't be buying another ducati motorcycle ever again out of principle given that they just want to scre over loyal customers and rob them blind!
