Missed delivery, card left with options for re-delivery great, unless you’re going away, so rang the phone number on the card to arrange a pick up, but the person you get through to has no way of contacting my local Royal Mail branch to arrange a collection “it’s not the was they do business” what’s the point of the phone number, no help whatsoever, really poor service.

That is shocking opening hours, only open for 2 hours during the week which is extremely inconvenient for people that work to collect mail. Got notified at 9.30am that my package was ready for collection but the depot closes 30 minutes later giving me no time to travel to collect.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never in my life have I been so enraged with a service. You're opening at times that are ridiculous, how do you expect anyone to get their parcels between 8-10am when the majority of people are at work? It’s extremely inconvenient and your Saturday times aren’t any better, 8-12am is simply not good enough and the fact that’s it’s only 14 hours of availability a week is a joke. If this branch can’t even afford to pay 24 hours worth of wages a week at the least, then it simply shouldn’t be operating. I wish the absolute worst to everyone who was involved in setting these times so just know that there is a special place in hell for all of you.

Save yourself the fuel, time and trouble by ordering a redelivery because it’s not worth it at all. I’ve spent no less than 4hours of my long weekend just trying to get my parcel

Can you please change your opening hours to be more inconvenient. Why would anyone expect you to be open on a weekday for longer than 2 hours like any other normal functioning business. If you could just hold my package to ransom for a little longer I’ll try to find a convenient time to meet your limited opening hours.

You are lucky there is no minus stairs. I marked collect from post office. I live on Bucksburn, nearest office showed me in Newmachar( really?), and no other options. Ok, it's urgent so I will collect it from Newmachar. Received email as confirmation that it will be there. And what And kurwa gòwno. Royal mail tried again delivered it at my home address and deleted collection from Newmachar. Royal mail is a joke.

Such a shame because every person I deal with that works for the post office is great, but whoever is making up the times for this collection office needs their head seeing to. Cramming more people in to a short space of time is completely contrary to social distancing. They change the times all the time so you never know what it's going to be and generally it's an all round farce. I avoid royal main on principal because of this delivery and collections office. No wonder their profits are plummeting like a stone through a wet paper bag. Genuinely gutting for the staff that work for royal mail.
