East Midland Property Maintenance have been a pleasure to rent from. Any issues or concerns within the property during my tenancy have been dealt with promptly and resolved without hesitation. The property itself when moving in was up to a refreshingly high standard for a rental property, much to do with I'm sure the efficient running and maintenance the letting agency carries out on its properties. Fab agency with a great team behind it!!

This company double booked one of its properties for rent, after taking all deposits and fees from ourselves to tell us 3 working days before the move in date (which was confirmed by EMPM) that we are in fact unable to move into the property as they had given it to someone else. When complaining to staff, they insinuated I was lying but had a voicemail as evidence, will be perusing this further. Do not deal with this company!
