The lady is always nice and try to be helpful, but unfortunately there is guy with glasses try to act like he is someone overthere. Joining the conversation totally unnecessary to make some confrontation for hell knows what reason. Try to believe he had only a bad day.

This is the most efficient post office I’ve visited. Staff are polite and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent service, deal with queries with speed. I’m thrilled to have this post office on my doorstep as they are an asset to the community. Well done to all the staff!

I have been paying in cheques through this post office on several occasions with no issues.
After a 20min wait In the queue I get to the post office till and the lady understandably tired because the shop is so busy but plain refused to pay my cheque in because I didn't have a paying in slip. I have never needed a pay in slip for this in this post office or others. I have just been given a pay in envelope form to fill in and have never had a problem.
This lady clearly just couldn't be bothered.
She then said this has been made official by the regional manager.

I have just walked into the post office not 200mtrs from this one and they paid in my cheque no problem whatsoever.
I didn't like the way I was bluntly refused.
Absolutely terrible business.
No wonder the post office trade is struggling with this kind of service.

Do not use this post office. I have many reasons but today they really enraged me. An ebay item that I post every week at Hamlet Court Post Office who are fantastic costs Large Letter max width 2.5cm 79p. They just tried to charge me £2.95 Small Parcel. He told me it did not fit through the size large letter would be. I informed him I post this item every week for 79p and told him it fits through. He had to try again and of course it fit. My item is 2cm wide. I am now wondering how many people they do this to a every day. Customer service is not existent zero. They are moody and rude to customers and the waiting time is unbelievably long with there amazing ability to ignore customers waiting.

Full of a bunch of idiotic women. They seem to think by working there that you owe them something. Even if there's no queue expect to wait for 15mins to be served whilst they doddle around, and then don't expect an apology for keeping you waiting.
The woman stuck the label right over the top of my address, she was going to leave it until I called her up on it. She says almost sarcasticly 'you can see the address through the label' as if I'm in the wrong.
They were having a go at the guy in front of me because he just moved here a few days ago and hadn't yet changed the address on his driving licence. They wouldn't let it go. The two of them getting on at him like they were his mother for a good five minutes that he needs to change it. He must have said a good five times that he's only just moved here! They're a bunch of morons who like to make them self feel good by trying to put others down. They're the only idiots. I'd sack the lot of them.
