Utterly dreadful. Weeks and weeks of messing me around, telling me that everything was OK- only to then ask for more paperwork. When they eventually did tell me the facility was ready for use, I pointed out that our customers were paying us faster than EIF could process the paperwork.

I don't normally give low scores on public forums, but if I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible.
