Such a stupid company! I have never seen a such useless staff that work for this company. Problem after problem all the time. No one give damn to help. Waiting behind the line for hours and once they answer I hear they having chit-chat and laughing and i can’t even hear what the hell the person saying on the phone like what the hell. Stay away from this company as fast as you can

Ethical Claims! More like unethical claims. As per other reviews on here do not deal with this company. Unable to speak to accounts team, ignore their emails and phone calls. When ringing and asking them to deal with delayed payments you just get "you need to email accounts". Common debtor's that do not pay their invoices. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

BEWARE - this company does not pay its bills! We completed work on a customers car in May and still no payment, no replies to emails or phone calls. Avoid these dishonest cowboys at all costs!!

I’ve been waiting over 3 months on a payout for a vehicle that has been written off
These guys are absolutely rubbish phoned them on numerous occasions mostly waiting over an hour if your lucky & still awaiting payment ..
Hopefully never have to use these guys EVER AGAIN 🙏

I wouldn’t even put one star for this company
I would never recommend this company to anyone and encourage noone to make deals with them
They don’t answer the phone we have to wait for 1 hour and they are useless
They never update what happens to your car and they say whatever they like
I am going to complain to ombudsman service
