I called in to store as I have got a faulty 4G router, the technical department on the phone told me to go in and they would see if it worked in the stores area. There were 3 members of staff all sat down and it felt like a I was an inconvenience to them. Would not recommend going to this store might as well be shut down with how helpful and friendly the staff are.

Booked in for a repair to be told they don't repair in store. EE website states that Android phones are available to utilise whilst phone is being repaired. The store had one phone that was broken, tried to fob me off with a £150 deposit for a apple phone, waste of time and energy and only excuse was that I could spend another hour travelling to a larger store. Don't waste your time going here, go to a bigger store and save the time and energy.

Tried to phone EE and got hung up on after waiting on hold 20 mins twice, so decided to go in store. Spent 45 minutes waiting just to be told I couldn’t do what I needed in store and I should phone up. Spent the first 30 mins with no acknowledgement from the two staff whatsoever, understandable if they’d been serving the entire time, but one member of staff was without a customer for 10 minutes and still blatantly ignored all of the customers waiting. If he’d taken the time to quickly ask what we needed he could’ve saved a lot of time and frustration!

Shop ok. Was told to nip down to shop so that my phone could be set up as I'd bought a new one and was worried about losing stuff. Made the effort to visit, a hour out of the day and parking. Was told I' need both phones, which I had, and then was told I'm better off sorting it at home and it's easy and all I had to do was this and that, etc. which was wrong and I got into a right mess. I won't rely on the shop again.

only have 1 star as none isn't an option. BEWARE!!!!? I was completely ripped Off by this store. Hard sold me into signing 3 contracts and promised me over and over it was a deal bundle that would cost under £30. I've just found out I've been paying £15 more than that for 15 months because of their mistake. EE couldn't care less and have passed me from pillar to post with THE worst customer service I have ever had. Also just want to add. EE always reply to these like they're devastated this. Could have happened and how can we help. (ooh you're making us look bad!) I did reply and EE didn't care really they reduced my contract to what it should be after I made a big complaint and became a pain and Eventually offered me £30 (considering they owe me £180!!) And then didn't even do that right as they forgot to reduce my DD in July and now mysteriously have no notes on owing that £15 surprise surprise. So I'm currently £165 out of pocket and all I hear is well you didn't tell us in the first 3 months (this was 2 weeks after the global pandemic hit and devastated my business which distracted me somewhat EE simply don't care!!!)

This store has to be of the worse stores ever!!
I've been in several times, no one ever acknowledges you. Even if staff are with customers it would be nice to get some acknowledgment that they will be with as soon as. However it's worse when you walk in and 2 staff members are talking to each other and they just ignore you.

This is the sort of business that can be sorted online.

The sooner the shop shuts the better.

So I got a reply, well a stock reply seems like you answer all your negs with the same reply.
Pity you don't try to rectify the issues, perhaps staff training.

Great, helpful staff 👍🏼 went in to get help because one of our SIM cards weren’t working. They helped us out straight away, and gave us a new sim at no charge. We should have came straight to these guys, instead of buying it from the cheapy store!!

Service was really good, helpful, patient and polite, they get the best deal for you that they can..... However...... I was told I would pay X amount and then to find out I was paying a lot more... Despite was told by the store that I would only pay this sum, obviously they got it wrong or they just hoodwinked me. Nether the less I called EE and hopefully it is now corrected to what it was suppose to be from the get go..... Personally I've heard the Worksop store is much better as it's a franchise, so better deals on offer. Overall Retfords store is good but felt let down by the loose ends of my contract which should of been dealt with in store in the first place.
