Genuinely the worst professional service work I have ever experienced.
Having paid a considerable amount for some HMRC forms to be submitted last May 2023, in June 2024 I am still waiting for a professional update on why we have not hear back from HMRC.

Elena and her team are unreachable - no number of calls or emails even gets a simple reply or acknowledgement. I understand that things can go wrong or there can be delays, but to not be willing to speak to your clients to explain what is going on is unacceptable.

If there was an ombudsman to report this practice to I would!

Elena and her team has been the most amazing accountant I never had to take care of my small business.

Elena is very competent and she goes extra miles with her service and support. She is very passionate about her job.
She was able to explain to me about the business and the tax implication using a very simple and understandable language.
It is always a challenge to be able to understand "business terminology" when you have your consultation with your accountant. I had multiple experiences with different accountants and I know the feeling when you go back home and you know that you don't have everything clear in your mind!
With Elena, I can definitely tell she makes that very easy for you! As she takes the time to explain and reply to your questions.
She works with the top range softwares and you feel in a very safe hands. Service highly recommended!
