We have just completed on our first house purchase with Emerald Finance. From our first call to our last email each staff member we have dealt with has been friendly, knowledgable and understanding of our many questions as first time buyers! They took time to listen to my credit background, to which I felt no judgement and found us a great deal and saved us scouring the markets! What an amazing experience making the whole remortgage experience totally painless. I was kept updated throughout with emails, phone calls and texts. When the rate reduced I was contacted to see if I wanted the new lower rate and Emerald did the rest. In fact this happened more than once! Never to much trouble. Overall a fantastic service and great advice given when it could have been a very stressful and expensive time considering I’m trying to sort out a subsidence claim at the same time.
