Very kind and friendly, I had completely torn my hip flexor muscle and I was sprawled out on the side of the street. When a small group of guys came over asked me if I was ok and helped me into their office, offered me water, made sure I was comfortable and reassured me it was going to be alright.

Not a nice experience, I feel I was blatantly ripped off. Took my old camper to the Strood depot, they firstly refused to take it, then accepted it without payment. After this they refused to handle the v5 registration document, causing me a headache with DVLA over the correct disposal of my end of life vehicle. They still insisted on weighing it in, and the towing vehicle out though, doesn’t take much working out, 2 tonne’s worth of metal was being paid into someone’s account.
