Due to no fault of my own, my car had to go off to be mended and my Insurers contacted Enterprise regarding a hire car. They contacted me within a day and were very helpful regarding what type of vehicle I would prefer. They collected me from my place of work and took great care in showing me around the vehicle and explaining how hiring a car works . They were all very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Professional and friendly service. Booked a private hire due to insurance issues however was then able to work through insurance. Process was extremely straight forward and also used the pick up service which really helped with kids car seats. Everyone who I spoke to was efficient in making this process as easy as possible given the circumstances.

Tried to hire a small van for a week just for some light duty stuff and low miles (100?). Let down when went to pick it up as they didn't have the van I wanted, even though it was booked (a common thing with Enterprise, allegedly), Was put into a car for the weekend and was told to come back Monday and they'd have the van by then. Apart from the detour I'd now have to make to visit them again to swap vehicles, this precluded me from doing any carrying that I needed the van for. Back on Monday, guess what...? still no small van. I couldn't believe they were this inept. Ended up with a Transit sized van for no extra cost, but I couldn't even get that off their lot as it had run dry of Adblue (engine wouldn't start) more hanging about waiting for someone to top it up. Once on the move it also binged up with a low engine oil warning. I wasn't going back again. Do they ever check the vehicles. I also didn't get all of my £200 deposit back either, due to admin fees that I was not told about, it is in the agreement that they send you electronically once you've driven off... It's not a lot of money, but a scam is still a scam irrespective of the value. Definitely won't be using this lot again. It's painful.

Car hired through work.
Contacted me on the morning to check I still wanted the car, due to the snow. Car was delivered early and in good condition.
No issues with the car and it was perfect for the drive to Street in Somerset.
Car was collected promptly on return and there were comms from the team keeping me abreast of timings etc.
Received a follow up courtesy call which was nice and good service.

Awful experience!
Needed a hire van while my work van was repaired. Booked online and had confirmed with clients the work would go ahead then got a phone call around an hour before I was due to collect the van to say they didn’t have one in for me. Then enterprise kept spamming me with emails and text messages about the vehicle I was collecting Sunday… a day they aren’t even open and I hadn’t booked
