I was given 2x 50 euro notes i said could you change the 50 euro notes for something smaller please I was told no she said they had overstocked on the 50 euro notes and they had to give them out she asked where we were going i said Greece she said you will be fine ! I was then dismissed no thankyou or anything. It is not my fault you have overstocked on them I did not want them l do not like carrying 50 euro notes out I have been using eurochange for years and never had a problem I will consider going elsewhere in the future not a good service

Chloe was really helpfull. I originally orderd my travel money at Wednesbury but when they closed before there actual closing time i contacted merry hill to ask what i could do. Chloe advised that she would be able to give me my travel money from there. I would give 1 star to wednesbury and 5 stars to merry hill. Thanks for the help Chloe

The service was nice but I was horrified that the buy back guarantee only applies to 30% of the purchase and is not actually a guarantee to buy back your money at the same rate that you brought it. I paid £200 for my currency and when It came to returning it I only got £160 back despite spending £4 on the buy back guarantee and I was given the impression that all my money was guaranteed. What a waste of money and a complete con. Why don’t they tell you that when you purchase the buy back guarantee. I will never use this service again.

Served and welcomed by ArunC. Very polite, smiling, said hello and asked me how I was. Explained i was here to collect an online order, asked me name, showed my email, showed my ID/bank card. Made small talk which was genuine and spoke about upcoming holidays, explained buy back and how it worked however I didnt need it. Explained the benefits of a travel card etc, didnt need it however greatful of knowledge shared, went through some other products as well as a detailed breakdown of the receipt. All in all, great experience. Wasn't kept too long, wasnt gotten rid of quickly either. Thank you Arun. Hope you have a longstanding career at Eurochange. Cheers

Ordered on a Saturday morning for afternoon collection. Did not receive email. Had to contact customer services, who eventually got an email sent to me, on the Monday. Went to collect only to find a note on the branch window saying closed at 5.30 even tho advertised online as open til 9. Didn't get my order until 4 days from actually placing order. Very disappointed with service!
