Went through Martin Lewis rate checker and this came up with the best deal. You do have to purchase online then either pick up or have delivered to get the best rate. I called in to the Packhorse Centre and met the lovely Pam and Marsha. Very helpful, chatty and even gave me a couple of tips about the place I'm going to. Very easy and professional experience.

Avoid at all cost if you need specific denominations.
Went into order, she called head office and was told it not a problem.
Collected - no checks done in branch, to get home to find it completely wrong.
Called and the advisor was more interested in telling me she doesn’t work in that branch than offering help or support.
Now have to return for a full refund and go elsewhere - what a waste of 3 trips and parking!
