Great service throughout, my car was repaired after an accident and the work done is to the highest standard, it was collected swiftly, I was kept informed of its progress and they even met me at the hire car centre with my finished car to save me walking home. Top guys and work. My insurance Aviva were excellent too and selected this garage for the repairs. Highly recommended! Thanks so much! 🙂👍

Our insurance provider instructed us to use Europa in Pontefract due to an accident which we had a few weeks ago. I was met by one of owners of the company which was refreshing and Jo let me know exactly what had been repaired (the work was perfect by the way). He was friendly and approachable along with his colleagues. Fortunately I was in the area when the news arrived the car was ready so I said I would be with them within the hour. They immediately went to work on cleaning the car ready for my arrival which was really appreciated. On further conversations with Jo he advised they were moving in the area to a larger premises in the next few months. It’s great to see a company doing well and wish them the best for the future. I would highly recommend their Service for both insurance and private work needed to your car.

After taking my car to an other garage for repair where they made a botched job resulting in the repair having to be re-done. Europa were fantastic from start to finish in putting the job right.
