Great service from Sanj and team at BHX car was excellent booked for E class and received a very well specced E class AMG line in comparison to enterprise who were trying to give me an estate Volvo to take to a wedding even though I'm from Walsall I'd rather deal with europcar at bhx than the other local rental companies.
Will look forward to booking again

I've used Europcar in the past but this time felt scammed and had several issues, was 'upsold' to a car that was actually an inferior one, cramped and base model and was charged 40% more than what had been quoted and reserved for online, I should have avoided the upsell from the counter person but was exhausted after the overseas flight with no sleep. When i came to understand the next day and called, was told I would have to go back to airport but was already well out of town. When I had a flat, I found the car had no spare tire, was in a remote area of Wales and had to pay cash for someone to fix it. Pretty disappointed all around, no reply to email and phone enquiries...........despite reply below and my logging in with the website, no response at all......down to a 1 star and falling fast

I rented a car from Europcar based in Birmingham Airport in July 2024. My overall experience was excellent in terms of the standard and cleanliness of the car provided, the communication and politeness of staff and transparency of charges. I was greeted by Fred at the pick up desk and was offered an upgrade free of charge. The pick up process was seamless and within 10 minutes I was ready to go. After returning the car, I received a detailed invoice detailing any charges as applicable and report detailing condition of the car and fuel level. No issues were experienced.
I would highly recommend Europcar as a car rental booking company and I will use them again in future.

I had a very efficient transaction, the Car was Fantastic and the staff were fantastic and accommodating when it came to upgrading, especially Fred, who was friendly, informative and I personally would highly recommend them

Staff were super pleasant and efficient, a little bit sales driven of course asking questions that I have already answered on the internet but overall very good. Have used many car hire companies and only use Europcar now. They are the best.
