I purchased wallpapers through Range. Then I requested return and I returned the items all in original packaging. It’s been more than a month. Now neither Range nor Euro Trade is not responding. Range is replying to emails after few days and asking for order number. And this keeps repeating every few days. And Euro Trade is not answering the calls.. They got the items and my money.. This is unacceptable, This is not a honest business type… Shame on you.

Disgusting service. Taken long to get item delivered then received missing parts. I was refused a returns label and a refund. I've wasted £20 on these scammers and I'm trying to claim my money back via PayPal. My advice STAY WELL AWAY.

Bought this strimmer via the range. Started to use strimmer on edge of grass but realised the edging guide was stopping me from cutting properly so turned device off, went to pull guide up and device unlocked and switched on while my hand was there, cutting into my finger and causing major injury. Straight to hospital to try and save the end of my finger! Very lucky as it cut right through to my bone both sides of finger. Have contacted the range.....apparently not their problem and eurotrade have so far ignored me! The button is faulty and does not lock into place in either the on or off position

My daughter bought a Garden Storage which was faulty, she asked to return it, which she did with the QR Code that they gave her, and because they wanted her to do there job by sending a copy of the Evri receipt, which we don't have, they will not offer a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered some wall paper from the range website not realising they used a 3rd party which is this company EUROTRADE!! Ordered last tues 18th and it said it was due to be delivered between friday 21.02 and monday 24.02 still hasnt arrived contacted the range who said they was going to contact eurotrade but no joy so far. Really needed the order as it was for my nephews bedroom and still no answer as to when we will either recieve it or how to get a refund. Tracked parcel with eviri as have tracking number and it states it is still with the sender eurotrade over a week later. Wouldn't recommend this company at all now have 1 very very upset autistic 7 year old as his bedroom is not complete. I need this item delivering asap or i need to be able to collect it!!! Lot off money so far wasted and no way off knowing or finding out how to get my purchase!!! Wouldnt even give it 1 star if i had the option!!

Rubbish company! Bought a large picture frame for 6” x 4” photos. Frames were wrong size. Followed return instructions for refund 3 weeks ago. Heard nothing from them!

I ordered a garden chest through Wowcher back in May 2024 THAT NEVER ARRIVED. Despite chasing Wowcher through numerous attempts and EUROTRADE direct — to this day (February 2025) I have not received my nearly £40.00 refund. I WOULD NEVER
RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! I am a 75-year old pensioner living below the poverty line and just cannot afford such a loss. This is such disgraceful behaviour by both companies concerned. If there was a nil option for satisfaction, I would have given them this.

Placed order on the range website for a tv unit, and got delivered 2 gravity chairs how can they mix this up now I got a massive package box in my living room and expected to take to parcel shop for returns when it's their fault for delivering incorrect purchase. I didnt realise the range was via 3rd party will not order online from the range again.
