The lady was so helpful and courteous. I thought I might have a problem taxing my vehicle because I didn't have the right paper work but she even helped me fill in the forms patiently. I went there rather than use the shepton mallet post office as they are rude. I'm told lots of people would rather drive to use this post office as they a nice.

absolute disgrace! Rip-off exchange rate because they are a small village store. Son got €1.02 to the pound whereas online it quotes €1.09 and Tesco Shepton €1.09 WALK IN RATE for €400. Wouldn't cancel transaction. Be warned locals, get your € delivered or drive to Tesco. Very unhelpful staff. Avoid.

Shambolic Service. DVLA replacement car registration form needed £25 taken. DVLA never received the postal order which is what the £25 taken was for. If the staff are not capable of providing post office services either shut the post office or train them as right now it's worse than no service as I feel robbed of £25.

My partner arrived a couple of minutes after closure today explained she tried ringing it said 10pm online (Google) the employee was really rude which is massively unexcectable.
