Received an email last week for a renewal, which made me think about the poor experience I received last year after purchasing a plan. As with most people, I had some doubts purchasing a plan, as didn't think it was 'worth the paper' etc. 5 months in I have a fairly big£ issue, and the part is covered. I ring up expecting to need to take it a main dealer or one miles away, but no, just take it anywhere. Amazing! Unfortunately that is where the positive feelings stop. Took my usual garage as know they do a good job. Part was covered under warranty but then a few days later, garage is getting emails asking how the damage occurred. It was 'determined by the warranty co that it was wear and tear, although how this was assessed is disputed. Customer Service is very one sided and eventually I gave up with them and paid the £700 repair bill. Useless. Better off putting aside some money rather than paying for a warranty.

You definitely get what you pay for. They’re quick to approve work done to your vehicle and were easy to work with at the beginning. Until it comes time for them to pay. I paid upfront for work to be done on my vehicle and sent in receipts and the invoice as instructed. My claim was “forwarded to accounts for processing” three weeks ago and I haven’t received a response since. I’ve sent two follow-up emails and naturally haven’t got a response. Horrible customer service.

This has got to be one of the worst warranty companies ever. I had an ultimate warranty on my car and they agreed for the work needed to go ahead but said I would need to pay the upfront cost and then send the invoice to them. Fine. I did that, and here I am almost two weeks after sending the invoice to them and still have not received my Two Grand they owe me. I paid out of pocket, my credit card bill is due shortly and I won’t be able to afford it unless they pay me back. Let me make clear that any work done and costs were authorised by them in writing so it is all on them to pay me back. Furthermore, their customer service is awful. I have been told I would receive a call for the accounting team to give me an estimate date for when my money will arrive in my account and they never called me. I ring again today got told “I’m sorry I’ll make sure they ring you back this time”, and once again nobody rung me back! Truly shocking. Choose someone else to go with for your warranty.

Can’t thank this team and the service enough. Had a warranty purchased 5 months ago and broke down due to manifold issues. A quick call and was able to arrange for repairs. Was sorted in no time and warranty paid out in full and car repaired within a couple of days. Not only does my warranty cover essential parts and labour etc, but it gives me free peace of mind. Contacted Evolution after the van my company bought that came with an evolution warranty. Worst experience of my life dealing with this company. You just get a straight no that’s not covered!! No reason and they contradict themselves it’s disgusting. We have contacted our lawyer regarding this matter and will have further updates regarding this.

Be careful when buying a warranty from this company. There quick to take your money but when time to claim it's a back and forth situation. The dealership that I bought my car from signed me up to this company and I had a electrical fault with one of my 3rd row seat on my Tesla because it wouldn't fold back up. I called them up to claim and they said it was a wear and tear issue so the claim is void even when it's covered under Ultimate and has a claim of up to £5000.
My car is now at Tesla since the 3rd of January 2025 till now. I bought the car to take my family around and since my baby girl has been born on the 18th of January, I have to rely on Ubers to take my baby to appointments because she was born premature 😔

Only gave a one because I can't give a zero! If you haven't got the money to cover the repairs yourself they expect you to leave your car with the garage until they make payment, which apparently takes 30 days to look at an email they've received, mark as paid and release payment, when in the real world would take no longer than 10 minutes. I have had a total of 2 claims one which was rejected at first then after complaining was honoured and then another they will only pay £261 of a £285 bill. After seeing other reviews on here it's not just me that's chasing they're money, not worth the power it's written on, and after a negative review I imagine I've delayed my payments further!
