Ewemove have been a brilliant company to deal with. We found them helpful, responsive and professional while also being very friendly. We bought a 'project' house' and needed several appointments for measuring up and double checking various things and Tom and Laura were both very patient and interested in our plans which was refreshing. We also dealt with Connor who again was helpful and always done his best and finally Abi who along with Laura saw the sale through with absolute determination and diligence. We were kept fully informed all the way and honestly can't speak highly enough of them all

Marco and his team have been an absolute delight, they have gone out of their way to make sure we could access the property for viewings and for the workmen to get measurements. Very professional and extremely
Approachable and they do things efficiently. The property was on with 2 agents, we couldn’t get a viewing with the other agent, left messages but Marco had us booked in and we had made an offer and had it accepted before the other agent even returned my call. Highly recommend them, and will use them for our rental needs in the future.

From first communication with Marco, I have been put at least with the entire process of selling my property. Marco went above and beyond with ensuring any snags were resolved promptly and with easiest convenience for myself living 2 hours away. After having transferred estate agents to Ewe Move in January, the process only taking 6 months in total was smooth sailing and Marco made sure it went as easily as possible for me. Would highly recommend to anyone in North Devon wanting to sell their property.

Tom, Russell and all the Ewemove team were excellent in every respect. I have recently sold through EweMove North Devon. Katie and the team were great for what I needed having previously marketed through a different agent unsuccessfully. EweMove saw the sale through. They are very responsive and their use of whatsapp/email suits anyone who leads a busy life and can't always answer phone calls. Excellent marketing/photos/video included in the cost at no extra - and competitive rate of commission.

As me and my husband first walked in to Ewe Move, and meet Laura who showed us houses to buy ( we're looking for first house to buy ! ) she was so helpful, and friendly, that when we choose house to buy from Ewe Move , I knew that we're in good hands. Then we meet Tom, who is working extremely quick with sending documents needed to fill- helping out speedy and smooth purchase. We could view house in many occasions, as guys were making those arrangements with vendor super quick. Laura is my true Star in this process, as she was doing whatever possible to finalise completion, always responded quickly to my calls/ emails. She was giving me a piece of mind , and support- which was much needed during stressful time when buying first property. I felt that Tom and Laura really cared for us, that's it's " nothing just their job" . Well done guys, and thank you so much for being with us during buying our lovely new home which we already love! FANTASTIC / HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Ewemove has been azmazing company to deal with from start to finish. Extemely helpful, knowledge, responsive, and professional with a down to earth friendly approach. Connor was my agent and supported by Laura & and the team of which they all went above and beyond throughout the house sale. I was recommended to use an AI solicitor (Juno) they use of which, upon reading/hearing the benefits (cost and speed mainly) I did, and I have no regrets. For me, the sale was processed & completed in half the time than my local solicitor advised. Their app was great, meaning I could easily access all info, documents, etc, at any time. They would also frequently contact me by phone and vice versa. I could contact them easily (no leaving messages with any secretaries etc) someone on hand in working hours. Due to Connors dedication, knowledge of recommendation of right price bracket for swift sale, my house was sold at asking price to 1st viewing on 1st day uploaded on website !!! The property was completed 8 weeks later. Faultless service !
