Back in 2021, I applied for the graduate analyst role at Exiger. The initial round was a phone interview - I was called from an unknown number in America, for a 40 minute chat with an HR rep, despite being based in the UK… (Who know, perhaps they had never heard of Microsoft teams). Subsequently my network provider charged me £70 for the pleasure. When I asked Exiger for expenses, they ignored me. The second interview round, was a back to back 2 person interview with representatives from their firm (despite this being an entry level position). The company then never even had the decency to let me know if I had been hired or not, and the only eventual response I received, was their ratification that they would not cover the costs of their own organised interview call. An embarrassment of a company.
