This company is THE BEST letting company out there. Before meeting Michael Abiola I had lost faith in honest, genuine property managers. Michael has been absolutely outstanding, from making sure that all the tenants are comfortable and also dealing with issues right away. I have been renting from Michael for the past 2 years and I can tell you, I never want to go with anyone else again! Punctual, caring, always responsive I always felt safe and didn't have to worry about a thing. If you are out there, desperately looking to move look no further. This is your man! I highly highly recommend this business.

I had a great experience renting with Expert Letts, Michael was always friendly and promptly sorted any issues we had. Unlike a lot of other letting agencies who try and take money from you wherever possible, Michael was honest and fair and I'm pleased to say I got me full deposit back. I would highly recommend Michael and Expert Letts if you are planning on renting around SW London.

Expert Letts, has been Fantastic. Being a tenant and renting many times in London I have had some bad experiences, expert letts were amazing. whenever there was an issue theyd rectify it as soon as possible. for example when it snowed last week our patio area was super slippy, Michael from expert letts came with salt grit and got rid of the problem in less than 24 hours, GREAT service, they do things they don't even really need to, to make sure your experience as a tenant is the best. When we needed a new fridge, michael organised one. I could give so many more examples. My time with expert letts and living in wimbledon has been really good. THANKS GUYS!!!
