We have been renting an Eyelet property for over two years and the experience has been incredible.
From the first viewing, Jacqui and the team have been so supportive and professional. They are always respectful and willing to go above and beyond at the drop of a hat. Jacqui has even saved me from an alarm going off at 11.30pm on a Saturday! Eyelet are responsive, considerate and generally just good people.
I can’t thank Eyelet enough for everything they have done and continue to do.
I strongly recommend Eyelet Property Services, they are simply the best at what they do.

We started renting a property through Eyelet in 2022. From initial phone call enquiry to this day they have been brilliant. They allowed us to have the keys 24 hours before the tenancy start date so that we could start moving stuff in as we were on a very tight schedule. The house alarm started going off at midnight one night and we called Jacqui who got back to us in 10 minutes with the code. This company and its staff really do go above and beyond for its tenants. Really understanding people who have fixed every niggle we’ve ever had with the house. I would and have already recommend eyelet for anyone looking for a home or even in a position like we were where our previous landlord was selling the house we were living in and we were left with very few options. Jacqui personally contacted me herself when she knew our current home was coming up for rent and we viewed it later that same day. The next day Stuart came out with application forms. Since it is a rented property we have periodic inspections and we couldn’t be more comfortable with Jacqui Stuart and Chloe coming into our home. Fantastic company. Fantastic people.

I rent a property which has been managed by Eyelet Property Services for a few years now.
When you report any issues they are generally resolved quickly. The staff are friendly, approachable and are very easy to contact, which is what you need from a letting agency. If you are looking to rent a property from them I would highly recommend.

We have been renting property with Eyelet since December 2023 and it has been excellent so far. The property in Derbyshire is amazing and the response to any of our queries is prompt and very helpful. Jacqui and Chloe are always there for us. It was very touching to find a vase of flowers on the day of our move-in! Highly recommend!
