I have just used Fairmile Surveying to provide a report on a property my partner and I are in the process of purchasing. Fairmile were recommended by the sellers estate agent and, though I considered others, the response to my initial enquiry was both very quick and informative. Chris (of Fairmile) advised which type of survey would best suit my needs based on the age of the property and then liaised directly with the sellers agents to arrange access.
