I use this post office alot to post parcels as i have my own etsy store, i always find the staff to be very pleasant and have the most wonderfull customer service skills i have ever witnessed. The staff take there time to have a little chat with you and get to know you abit, i always speak to a lovely blonde haired lady named linda shes a delightfull lady to speak to. Its a really nice visit, i enjoy sneaking to the staff. I even got them Christmas cards. I look forward to my visits to this post office and having a little gab with the ladys who work there. I cant wait for my next visit to this store in afew days

Abysmal customer service me and my wife needed to buy some stamps so we went by today. Google said they closed at 2:30 when we arrived at 2:20 the old lady at the counter already had her coat on and refused to serve my wife. When i tried to speak to her she point blanc ignored me!
Appalling behaviour avoid!

I actually really enjoy the service here. I haven't been met with any negative attitude and everyone has been very helpful. I do live locally and have been going here for a long time and haven't had any trouble. My parcels are dealt with quickly and they have given me advice from time to time on improving my packaging.

Chris Ward your review is recent. The staff who here have been abrupt and disrespectful to their customers for years now I know as I live locally and have used this post office for years. However recently they have changed there attitude and seem to have improved the way they both respect their customers, and it’s no surprise considering the bad reputation they’ve achieved on google reviews and within the community. The first time I came in, I was in a queue and when I eventually arrived to the counter because she had to print of the proof of postage and the computer was slow. She began muttering under her breath and in the end she blamed me for her food going cold. And that I was preventing her from eating. I came out pretty shaken up, and felt humiliated for no reason what so ever. Furthermore I felt targeted, as she never blamed anyone else in front or behind me for her not being able to enjoy her food. But I’m actually glad I’m not the only one who has had a bad upsetting experience at this post office. It would be a different story if one person was complaining then you could say it’s not true but the amount of people sharing their bad experiences here just proves they way they have treated people.

The staff in the post office seem to be in some kind of competition to see how rude they can be to customers without getting sacked. Maybe the people who have given good reviews have been lucky. I only go in about once a year and its always the worst part of my day to interact with the staff here. I need to remember that there's a parcel drop off box on Brookfield so I can avoid this place.

Not usually one to review after a poor experience but the service here is terrible - to echo someone’s complaint about a member of staff being very rude! Was pointing and aggressive because someone is requesting her services to post a couple of parcels. Drive up the road to Old Roan. 5 star service there! I’d rather walk cross county to deliver my parcels than leave them in the hands of people who can’t be bothered taking 4 minutes to serve someone. I despair... I really do.

Extremely rude and miserable old lady that closes earlier than she should. I think if she is that eager to get home it’s time for someone new. This has also happened multiple times.
