I am lucky enough to know Darren Cook the owner of First Facilities Management personally. As such I have been able to seek his advice whenever I have a maintenance issue with my own property. Darren has extensive experience in all aspects of property maintenance and instigating and managing capital projects. I would recommend him to anyone with their own commercial property whether it is an issue with repair and maintenance or further development.

Have been working with FFM Services for around 3 years now and have found them invaluable. They have helped us ensure all the essential preventive maintenance is carried out at the required frequency and have been extremely responsive at arranging engineers for any emergency repairs (even if late on a Friday or a weekend!). It is the next best thing to having an in-house facilities manager, and at a fraction of the cost.
