Good that they keep getting new properties, but bad in terms of updating the website.
Please stay active in this as well.
Because you always ask the client to go to the website to check. But you never update the website on time.

Having used FHP for the sale of a commercial property in Chesterfield and been really happy with their service we didn’t hesitate to use them again when we wanted to sell another property, this time in Nottingham. As it was a different area we used a different FHP office for this sale but we weren’t disappointed, the service received from FHP was again superb, despite the Covid-19 pandemic being in full swing. Oliver Marshall made the whole process as smooth as possible, gave us excellent advice on our options and kept us fully informed of any developments along the way. He was an excellent intermediary when communicating directly with the buyers and we would definitely recommend Oliver, and FHP, to anyone looking for a property consultant.

This is literally the worst agency i have dealt with. I was interested in a commercial property and gave my offer and i was told before we proceed we want you to view it. Then after viewing i was told the landlord is happy with my offer. Then few weeks later i was told to increase my offer then I did and i was told this offer is accepted then I bought few bits for the shop hoping to sort out a tenancy then i was told landlord has gone with someone else. Honestly the amount of lies and unprofessionalism that went on was unbelievable. I will not go near any property in the future that FHP deals with ever.

We have always received best quality work, best professional advise, very quick in responses and very high standard of work ethics. Never had a smallest issue or complain. we are very upset.
The agency did not comply with the condition of the refund of the deposit.
We deliver our house cleaner than they give us.
We have photos of the stained sofa upon our arrival and they assure us that it was us. Lie.
They say they have photos of seeds in the kitchen drawers. Lie I have the video where we show each part of the clean house.
We are still waiting for our money and their reply. (2 M ago)
