Having followed Tim from his banking days wishing to remain his client, a number of years have gone by and I would still not go to anyone else to help me with our mortgage and associated insurance needs. It’s great that Kim is now part of this remit too. I can say with confidence the service provided is honest, professional, tailored to our needs every time, explained extremely well and we come away from every meeting sure we have made the right decisions due to expert guidance. Tim from Finance Planning Group was recommended to us by a friend and was a monumental help. He took his time to grasp our situation and clearly led this no-hoper through a daunting house move. With Tim I never felt we were having any products forced upon us, instead our options were spelt out clearly and we were never made to feel daft. Had Tim not been so readily available I am convinced our house move would not have gone through so quickly — a speedy and smooth process (I know they’re not all like that!).
