Been a tenant for 2 and a half year and our experience was very good. They have some fairly automated process to deal with maintenance and requests.

My only suggestion would be to improve the leaving process as it is quite confusing since there are a few things that needs to be done and it was quite a stressing process that could have gone more smooth.

One example of this is that they can arrange for contractors to clean the house at a better price and without me having to deal with all the hassle, sadly I learned about this when I was just about moving out so mentioning this as soon as possible and several times would be great. (part my fault I didnt ask further, but I was given the numbers so I though it was up to me)
