Paid some cash in today and the tall woman who served me was lovely, but the owner (i'm assuming) was incredibly rude! Told me, in front of everyone, that she'd have refused the cash as it wasn't bagged - it was £16.19 in change for goodness sake! She made a big thing if it and it was incredibly embarrassing and belittling. I will never go back in there again - you need to consider your career choices if that's how you speak to customers!

Rude staff! Not one member of staff greeted me or even cracked a smile! Do not understand why people own or work for a business where you see customers on a daily basis! The actual shop is also over crowded and doesn’t look clean! Will never go in again!
