First Port really do wish I did not buy two flats where this company do the management. They charge high service charge fees then want more money on top of this. I queried a bill but no one got back to me until it was too late, then I was met with charges on top then they sent my case to their solicitors which has not doubled to over £700.00 One of my flats has new windows fitted already but they are now demanding nearly £400.00 as my contribution for replacement windows to the block. Dreadful company to have to deal with.

To get anything done takes weeks / months
if I didn't pay my maintenance charge on time,they would be on to me within a few days.

Terrible, the lift is always breaking down. When the fire arm went off no-one could find the key to reset it, so the alarm continued for well over an hour!
