They are real ignorant
I’m trying to rent a property they totally ignorant.
I view the property and I have send the offer.

They don’t answer phones, text messages, emails.

Matthews & Goodman has the misfortune of representing landlords and property owners that flagrantly ignore their fiduciary duties in an attempt to take advantage of their tenants.

The discord between the tenants and landlord was unfortunately not well managed and mitigated by the employees of the M&G Manchester location.

Better and speedier resolution could have been reached had they been more amendable and explained the situation more clearly to the landlord and to the tenants. As the representative of the landlord and the mediator and middle-person between the landlord and tenant they should work to improve their ability to negotiate and represent their landlords as agents much better as they really fell below the expected standard for such a well-known property management company with so many offices around the UK.

Be very wary of renting properties that are managed by M&G Manchester as their landlords and property owners may not be the best people to deal with and M&G Manchester will sadly not make it an easily sorted dispute with their mediation tactics.

The only benefit is we were able to drop the court case we had pending against them as they finally settled the issue but it never should have went that far in the first place.

Edit: M&G Manchester have been using intimidation tactics to force the removal of any negative reviews of their location despite them being honest and true reviews of the situation that played out. This is quite concerning as Google reviews are meant to allow honest and open feedback of businesses in order for them to improve their goods and services. Sadly M&G Manchester is not taking the steps to implement change and instead is demanding that the review be removed. A great disappointment and concern indeed.
