Would highly recommend going elsewhere.

I’ve been around 5 times (possibly more) to try post one parcel. The first four times the post office desk was ‘closed’ and when asked if it would be open again that day I was met with quite rude responses each time, one time just having shoulders shrugged at me.

The final time it was open, I asked if I could do a parcel and the woman actually huffed out loud and rolled her eyes before just walking over to the counter. She did the parcel with absolutely zero conversation, not even a response to my thank you or goodbye.

Staff lacking in politeness, they behave as if you were taking money from their pocket, they seem bothered by anything you go there for. On the last visit the lady at the post office was saying "Jesus Christ" through gritted teeth.

Very rude staff, especially the girl with black hair Filipina, very bad customer service. Absolutely no respect for customers. Don't go there and ruin your day. Management should look into it.

Hit and miss. Finding out the Post Office counter is closed regularly after a long walk with parcels is very annoying. There isn't even a phone number to ring and check before the trek. Not worth trying again.

Post office opens at 2pm. So having to wait half hour outside in the cold for them to open to send an urgent parcel. What a joke

I can't say enough positive things about this Post office . The staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
