Have a VRS Octavia - the bumper was completely damaged alongside lights and inner padding of the bumper
All original parts were used and looks exactly how it did before the crash - paintwork, parts and fitting all up to a very professional standard
They also Did a full wash voluntarily

Great service - transparency in communication as to how long the process would take

I have recently had my car at Fix Auto after a cyclist kindly cycled into me whilst waiting at a junction.
The whole repair process was seamless from dropping my car off, collecting the courtesy car to collecting my car when the repairs were completed nothing was too much trouble . Tara kept me up to date on the status of my repairs with phone calls and texts.
I would happily use them again should I need repairs in the future

Everything went okay and the work was completed really quickly, found a chip on my car when checking over the car then all went down hill, moaned at for telling my insurance and further more was made to feel very uncomfortable when taking the vehicle back 5 times I had to go back to finally get the car sorted a bloke called Paul is very nice but other than that it wasn’t great and to be told after that if your boss wants to see customer service then tell to call me and I will show him what customer service is. Not great when you raise a complaint and being made to feel indimidated isn’t good. All we wanted was for the car to match on either side it felt like we being threatened towards the end, and even when I got calls from them it was not great short sharp and not great service.

If you’re vehicle is done correctly the first time them you will receive class A* service but if there is a problem and you raise this with your insurance then it’s like you are a being a problem and are made to feel very uncomfortable by most of the staff. It felt like they all had some vendetta against me/my company when the vehicle went back in.

Edit: This issue was eventually sorted to a good standard after I was contacted by the owner, who was very apologetic and polite.

Fine up to the point where something goes wrong. I was told that work is only guaranteed if you take your car in for a yearly inspection, I was then rudely and dismissively told that I should have read the T&Cs. For some odd reason this was only told to me once I’d driven down to the premises and the car was inspected, not during any of the multiple phone calls with myself or the insurance company. No accountability taken for the poor work, just excuses. The reply to this review shows how much responsibility the company will take once you’re out of the door.

Furthermore, in response to the reply, I was not asked for a “certificate or the bill”, I was just told (with a shrug) that the guarantee wasn’t valid because I hadn’t returned the car every year for an inspection.

From start to finish this company was first class. From the first conversation with the receptionist to picking my car up after being fixed. Would highly recommend and I'm a very picky person so for me to give 5 star's is surprising myself

My insurance company attempted to get Fix Auto to repair my car after an accident. Head office called to tell me that it would be going to Sutton in Ashfield and to expect a call to arrange collection. I did indeed receive a call but instead of the expected assistance the lady told me that as my car is undrivable due to a faulty indicator post-accident they can't accept it and 'somebody will be in touch'. Eight days later and no contact. It's virtually impossible to get through to Head Office - I spent an hour and a half on hold to be told that they haven't done anything because they are too busy. I haven't tried since.
