My vehicle went in for repair with Fix Auto Newport after an accident and was recommended by my insurance company. If I had known how much of a shabby company Fix Auto is I would of ran a mile.

It took 12 months for them to repair my vehicle after having it back twice with shoddy repairs we had to instruct an independent assessor for them to acknowledge they can’t paint a car or even fix a car for that matter.

I finally received my car back after requesting the vehicle was sent to another branch.

Even after collecting my vehicle from Aberdare within 10 minutes I had to return as they had set the wheel alignment out (after independently repairing this myself).

I have made an official complaint with Fix Auto and has now taken 7 months still without a resolution. Carrie, the customer support manager does not follow complaint procedures and instead ignores your emails for weeks on end. When I have had responses it has been confirmed in writing that there were issues with the repair on every occasion.

All in all I don’t think I have ever had such a negative experience with a single company.

Very disappointing and terrible service.Not even worth a star! My car has been non-drivable for a week and still awaiting to be allocated to a local car shop. They wouldn't even provide with a courtesy vehicle till it's accepted by a local shop.I have requested my insurer to transfer to another garage because they are useless really. I wish I would never talk to them again!

Had a good experience with these guys, friendly and professional from the start. Aman is sharp and passionate and Hamal is assertive, professional and does a fantastic job on all the repairs at the garage. I would highly recommend using them, large team and will get the repair done fast. Thanks

Worst repair shop i have evere used car was repaired properly and went in wwiv3/4 tank of fuel cum bck wiv 1/2 tank and about 100 on the clock

They don't deserve a single star. The guy/lady at the webchat was so rude and was not interested to help at then ended the chat abruptly. Its been more 2 weeks my car is waiting for allocation to repair.

Absolutely dreadful service ,takes hours to get through ,then spoke to a rude service agent . They then gave me the number of a garage to repair my car , the garage said I was out of their area so I need to contact them again . I logged a formal complaint no joy as yet

Foul company botched repairs after 3 months apparently realised another part needed and over 2months for deliver them another 3 week for dealership booking wow my 5 month old car will be over a year old before I get it back sat with same fuel over 6months
No courtesy car provided so had to hire elsewhere at my expense
Even with their incompetence at ordering parts from start the staff have been rude and lied throughout

Customer service are a joke insulted me with £50 compensation after everything promised it be in account in 5-7 working days after 2 week called to be told someone in Filey be in account by end of day to then 4 days later receive it and the "customer service agent" Carrie then uncontactable and barred me from the site for updates
