Flaxfields are always responsive to any queries I have and they have a great portal where all the information regarding my flat is stored - easy to access and easy to report and monitor any maintenance issues. Block management is a tough job but this team get it done well!

I am selling a flat in March managed by Flaxfields. There was a problem caused by the fact that they had taken over the management from another agency during the sales process. I therefore emailed the Managing Director, Jonathan Coles to explain the situation. Within minutes I received a reply sorting out the problem without any fuss. Absolutely exceptional service.
