Went in to send a package international. Was told that she can't since she's not trained to do that...second time in one month that they are not able to provide basic services that they are supposed to. Last time it was about obtaining a prepaid envelope. Other branch in Church Crockham works much better. Get a grip!

Queues are always far too long, shop staff are quiet but don’t help. Service is efficient but not very friendly.

Always enjoy popping In when in Fleet. Always greeted by smiles. Staff are so helpful and make finding things easy. Stacey has come to my rescue a few times over the years in the post office.

Staff are friendly and efficient! Can’t fault them at all.

The premise It’s extremely hot there is no airflow no Aircon or fan for staff nor customers which is unacceptable really.

I’m surprised, no one has fainted whilst queueing or the staff behind the counter!

I called into the Morrisons / Post Office mid afternoon yesterday (13/5/24). I walked to the post office section at the back and was 2nd in the queue. The PO was closed but a staff member passed us, unlocked it and went inside. We both waited and then the staff member came back out and locked up a couple of minutes later. She walked past us without saying a word. Why couldn`t she have told us the area was closed for the afternoon? So the 2 of us in the queue then walked to the shop area. The lady ahead of me made an enquiry and was `barked at` by a different (and rude) member of staff so she then left looking totally perplexed. I was there to top up an electric key for an elderly local lady who was unable to walk that far. I asked if the BG key could be topped up and she `barked` at me stating "we can`t top up BG keys at this section". She then shouted out "It`s too hot in here and that`s why the post office is closed". I asked if the PO section was likely to open again that day and again she shouted "It`s too hot in here". I couldn`t believe what I was hearing and left immediately without responding in the manner I felt like answering with. To be fair it was warm in there but it wasn`t oppressive and the mini weekend heatwave had already ended. If they find it too hot to operate with any level of patience, perhaps the management should install air conditioning or at least an electric fan or two. I don`t like leaving reviews like this but the `lady` in question needs some urgent customer service training and possibly medical advice. I have used this PO in the past and though often busy the staff were very helpful and patient. It was an absolute farce and I won`t be going back there again.

Popped in to do redirection of mail.
And the ladies behind the desk were super,
Really cheerful and chatty engaged with the children I had in my care to. They entertained the questions that typical 2&3 yr olds ask and even stamped their little pretend letters they had.

Andy, Stacey and Claire are brilliant. They are very friendly and always happy to help. With many local banks closing on the High Street their workload has tripled - however they never grumble and always have a smile on their faces. Even when faced with a customer who does multiple banking transactions and take up quite a lot of their time (like me!). 5/5.
