Kathryn is accessible; she'll make time to talk things through. Kathryn's knowledge is extensive, which has been invaluable as my businesses have developed and changed over time. Her ability to demystify accountancy and not talk in 'accountant speak' is wonderful. She always manages to explain, sometimes complex, matters clearly. She's totally committed to customer service.

Her team are super. Kathryn's warmth, thoroughness and responsiveness are echoed by her team.

Kathryn and her team helped me move from Sage to QuickBooks - setting everything up and supporting the transition. This has given me a 'real-time' view of profitability, outstanding invoices, customer break-down plus much more. My team and I all work remotely, so being able to access QuickBooks remotely is a huge help too. The move to 'Making Tax Digital' was much easier with Fletcher Thompson's support.
