I came to him with a challenging issue: the charging board on my rare 2021 model phone needed replacing. As I had discovered at two other shops in Rhyl (which were only interested in an easy profit), the part was difficult to find. Rather than turn me away, this kind soul empowered me to source the part myself online.

When I returned with the new charging board, he didn't just do the job—he welcomed me with a smile and performed a flawless repair. The most astounding part? He refused to accept a single penny for his expert labour.

The wonderful chap in here, unlocked my phone, set me back up online, took endless trouble and refused at accept any payment. The phone was NOT bought at his shop, so this was extra kind of him. Highly recommended!
