I used to post a lot of stuff at this location and lately the quality has dropped. I dropped off a pre-paid parcel off and they went and put it in the back room and it still hasn’t been collected cause they forgot they did this 😡 I’m sorry but that’s just really bad. It’s now been sitting for 4 days with no movement. Seriously I’m sorry but I can’t support services who does this…I paid for expedited services and now it’s delayed and it ultimately falls on me as far as business is concerned.

Post office is never open till 8pm as it states! Always a different excuse,not enough staff when 3 are stood there. Have to shut half an hour early to count stuff up. Infuriating when you rush to drive all the way there and arrive way before they should be closed!

I used to come here regularly to post items but have stopped now because although the website says it’s open till 8 pm, today it was closed at 4 pm due to lack of staff and this has happened before.
Many people would be upset by this lack of an essential service. I am looking at other couriers for my parcels.

The staff in this post office are brilliant. Quick and efficient. You rarely have to que for very long. Compared to the post office in Barnstaple high Street this one is great.

Very poor service! Not even a Post Office! One person serves the shop and the Post Office customers. Every time i have to wait 10 mins at least to post a letter! There is a perfect Post Office fortress in there, and it's never open.
